Top Hat Totty 2 Decoupage
This Top Totty is definately ahead of her class.
This is one of many sheets in this design, others incude Pyramid, A4, Insert, Gatefold Insert, A4 Insert, two co-ordinating backing papers, 2 inch teabag tiles and Star tiles.

I printed the sheet onto 120gsm paper and cut out all the pieces. I stuck the base layer onto a lilac A5 card then added the layers using 1mm foam pads. I finished off the card by adding some blue gems and 3 paper roses.
A very pretty card i'm sure any woman would love to receive.
Mounted card front on to purple embossed matting and then on to white card using dst. Printed off extra copies of card front to cut out and make extra decoupage of the flowers and hat, which I mounted using ds foam.
Added blue half pearls to the flower centres, a blue feather into the hat with a large blue half pearl.
Finished off with a peel-off sentiment. A beautiful card much admired.
