After printing onto glossy photo paper, I cut out and attached the decoupage. I rounded the corners on the finished topper and matting layer and finished by adding silver peeloffs, white faux pearls and tiny orange gems.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a cream C5 card then added a silver border all round the edges, I finished my card making up the design using 2mm sticky pads
