Lollipop Lady

I attached a piece of backing paper to my card blank. I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the decoupage with foam pads.
I have printed motif on good quality photo paper, cut all the parts, rounded edges a bit and assembled with sticky pads
I printed off the sheet on to matt paper. I cut out all the decoupage elements. I stuck the main image on to a black base card. I built up the decoupage with foam pads. I made the border from spare black and white card.
I stuck the greeting on to neon card and cut out. I added glossy highlights using a Sakura pen. I added a matching insert. This is a fab image and really easy to create a
