Art Deco Lady Pandore Gold Decoupage SheetCompleted by Susan P. B.

I copied as an A4 image and cut out all the elements although I did not use them all. Matted her to my backing paper using d.s.t. and cut out around the edges, this I added to gold card using foam pads.

Put Congratulations and some flowers cut from the backing paper around the image. Rounded the edges of the card. Now I have my own Emmy :-)
