A great fun, vintage female image!
I printed this at half size.I mounted a panel of the "retro polka dots brown & red" backing paper from the same designer.I then added the base image and made up the decoupage using foam pads.I then added a red ribbon & some fun stamped sentiments to finish. This would be great for a special birthday!
