Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto an A5 deckle edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I placed the matching insert (cup459959_437) inside using d/s tape to finish.
The insert has a space for you to write your own message.
