Woman Sitting on a Shoe Step by Step Blue

Pale blue card was used for the base.A piece of backing paper was stuck in the centre of the card, and edged with silver peel offs.The base decoupage layer was matted onto silver mirri card with foam tape,and stuck in the middle of the card.The other decoupage was layered with pads.I then matted a piece of blue card onto silver mirri card with foam tape, and stuck above the topper with foam tape.Then added silver peel offs to finish.
