I chose a coffee A5 pearlised card blank and added the pretty frill to the top of the card. The gorgeous topper was added centrally and decoupage built up. A sentiment was placed in the lower corner at an angle.
Finishing touch was a small amount of glitter to the tiara. A plain and simple beautiful card.
