Elegant Lady in Black and White

I decoupaged the pieces onto the main image, then mounted the completed picture onto a black card blank.

I added black and silver ribbon down the side and across the bottom, fixed a black and white paisley brad to the crossover of the ribbon and finished off with a happy birthday greeting.
