Cream card was used for the base,and a panel of backing paper was matted next to the fold edge,and edged with a gold border peel off.The decoupage base layer was matted onto a piece of gold metalic card with foam tape,and then stuck onto the card with foam tape.The other layers of decoupage were layered with foam pads.I matted one of the tags onto the same gold card with foam tape,and stuck to the card with foam tape.I finished off by adding some red gems and gold corner peel offs.
