Vintage Lady in Hat & Pink Roses DecoupageCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base on a bit of an angle to a cream embossed mat and than to a coordinating card, I rounded the corners of the mat and the card.

I assembled the elements with foam pads, added one of the sentiments and a bow to the top of the card. absolutely beautiful design, a real pleasure to make up.
