I printed sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out all the pieces attached the main picture to a black 7 x 7 card blank with dst and added the decoupage with silicone glue.
I edged both the picture and card with copper peel offs and swirls and finished by adding the Happy Birthday sentiment.
A gorgeous design.
