Printed onto glossy photo card. Used a white 8 x 8 card blank & covered the front with turquoise stardream card using DST. Mounted the topper to left side using DST. Assembled decoupage using 2mm foam pads but left off the greeting panel.

Attached an acetate wrap with lace border over the card front having trimmed around the lace edge. I then added a row of pale turquoise glitter organza ribbon down each side of the topper. I attached the greeting panel to the acetate wrap using foam pads then finished with clear gems down lace border.
