Cut matching yellow paper slightly larger than the main picture. Layer all the pieces with foam pads. Add yellow gems to the centres of the flowers. Stick lilac satin roses to the hat and the corner of the greeting.
Put lilac glitter glue around the brim of the hat, edges of the flowers, neckline, butterfly, flowers on the bag and in the happy birthday words.
