A stunning shaped topper with deep red roses & a beautiful lady dressed in a red dress & white hat.
Her face is reflected in a cameo frame. Perfect for a female birthday or even for Christmas. Includes lots of decoupage layers for a really sumptuous card.

With this design I printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a white C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
