i printed out the sheet onto photo paper, I matted the base image onto silver glitter card, i added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layer with 3D glue gel & used Stickles glitter glue to give it some shimmer. I embellished further with a die cut heart half border.
