I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I cut, scored and folded a white card and attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut away the white areas of the card to suit the design.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added a gem to the clasp on the pearl necklace to complete this gorgeous card.
