The Wrinklies Decoupage - Forever Blowing BubblesCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionMiscellaneous/Other / Miscellaneous
I printed on to matte photo paper. I first of all created my base card by die cutting the front of a card. I then attached the background paper. Mounted the topper and layered. Added glitter to the bubbles. A sentiment can be added if required. A great fun design.
My finished card is 14.5cms.
