Stella Wicked Witch Halloween or Birthday
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is dressed and ready for Halloween her comment being.... The wicked witch was framed! Happy Halloween tag and because I thought it may be used for someone celebrating a Halloween birthday I have included a happy birthday tag as well.

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a orange C5 card, I then added a black and gold border all round the outside edges of the design, along with a matching corner at the top left, to finish my card I made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design for Halloween or a birthday on this day, this design was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
