With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done

Cut out the figure from the sheet and used foam pad to mount it to the 8x8 card base that had a Cup spooky backing paper on.
Highlighted with stickles glitter glue.
