Halloween SupriseCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright

I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper and matted it to a piece of textured white cardstock. I then attached it to a black card. I raised the decoupage ghosts and pumpkins with foam strips. I used Glossy Accent on the flourishes and glitter glue on the pumpkins.

This is a really cute none scary image that will make the receiver smile.
