Printed on matt photo paper and placed on shimmer card. Trimmed around inner panel, built up image with foam pads and added sentiment. A super cute Halloween card in lovely spooky colours.

I printed the page and cut out the image and sentiment label. Attached topper to a scalloped edge card base. Cut some left over scrap card stock the same size as image and label until I had 4 layers.
Used glue to assemble all the layers and attached them to the topper.
