With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue card, then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm stciky pads, this is a terrific design for Halloween, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
