With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, I finished my card by adding the congratulations tag and 2013 tag at the top of the design, this is a wonderful graduation design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut out all the elements, I added the base design to a black scalloped card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, Just as a small finishing touch I added pink pearls didn't want to detract from the beauty of this lovely design.
