I printed onto matte photo paper. I scored and folded a bright blue A4 card and attached a broad strip of yellow card with gold foiled mini stars to cover just over half the card width.

I centred and attached the base image with dst.

I edged with a plain gold peel off border. I decoupaged with thin foam and glue gel. I added tiny gold holographic stars in the top corners of the centre panel, attached a yellow chipboard Congratulations and highlighted with 2 more tiny stars.

A fab design for a Male Graduation. there's plenty of space left to personalise with a name and the Year.

This looks stunning made up!
