Golden Rosette 3D DecoupageCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed the rosette design onto photo paper, cut out and inked around the edges with my gold pen.

I layered the rosette using 3d foampads and using items from my craft box, popped on a kitty image and a saying and matted the design onto a yellow worded background and a white deckle edge 'inked' card.

You could add a photo of the recipient in the middle of the rosette which would make it more personal - you could also pop the rosette through the laminator (just glue the details to keep it flat) and you have an instant bookmark to go with the card as a gift!
