I printed the image onto satin paper and cut out the layers. I decoupaged the topper and added pearls. The topper was layered onto silver mirri board. I scored a 6x6 lilac card diagonal to create an easel card and attached the topper to the front of the card.

I then glued the insert to the base of the card and added a silk rose to match and to act as the stopper.

Very easy but very effective.
