Victorian Girl in Red Topper and DecoupageCompleted by JO LOCKWOOD

I printed the picture out onto canvas paper to give the dress a more natural look. I then cut every thing out. I took a 5"x7" card blank and add a piece of embossed card, I then added silver holographic card leaving borders between.

I added the main picture to the card using DST. I built up the components using foam pads, I added a little glitter glue and a red pearl on each corner.

Would suit any female and is so easy to make.
