Reduced size a little to fit a 7 x 7 card blank. Printed sheet on matt photo paper and cut out the main picture and elements..

I covered the card blank with blue and white dotty paper using dst, attached the main picture using dst to embossed silver card and added the layers using foam pads.

I also used foam pads to attach the finished topper to the card blank. I used gold border peel offs and corners down the left and right sides of the card and the topper.

I added gems round the border of the girl, blue pearls on her bows. and finished by adding the caption.

A very sweet design which is easy and quick to make up.
