Sarah - Building Block SbsCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Daughter
Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Using DST I attached the Topper to a Purple card using DST. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used lots of Bling, using Gems and Glitter on parts of this card.
This is a wonderful design, I made it for my 8 year old Granddaughter, and she loved it, especially the Blocks.
