Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out the elements and used DST to attach Topper to a white 8 inch card. I used foam pads to attach the decoupage. I used Rainbow glitter on the belt and top of dress. I stuck a pink fabric heart to corner of card.
With the flowers, I used Dusty rose glitter on the petals. A cute design.
