I printed onto smooth card and cut out the elements. I punched decorative corners at the top of the image the matted onto purple mirri card with DST.

I attached this to a card blank with DST.I decoupaged with silicone gel and added tiny satin roses(from CUP supplies) to the hat, I used yellow stickles on the flower stamens and added cristal stickles to the bag handle for a bit of sparkle.

I embellished the greeting with a tiny rainbow gem.I also added a row of tiny white paper hearts to the base of the card.

A gorgeous girlie design! This looks adorable made up! It is so pretty!
