I printed out the base image on Craft Bob's matte photo paper and the decoupage on 160gsm paper. I mounted the base image on a 5x7 scalloped edge white card using DST. I decoupaged with silicone . I have added 2 pretty 3D flowers with a flower gem centre, and a small red glitter heart to top the 3 largest cupcakes
I added tiny pink holographic diamonds in the corners. The card requires little else. it's an adorable design, is easy to cut out and the decoupage looks stunning.A super card for all those cupcake fans out there, in fact, for any young lady! It is soo sweet. I love it.
