I printed onto matt photo paper,then cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a matt of a co-ordinating textured card then added to a blank card I then added the decoupage with thin foam pads,I finished with a gold elastic cord tied into a bow.A wonderful rich opulent design,looks stunning.
