I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered on to silver mirror card and then mounted on to an a5 card that i covered with blue spotty paper, and then finished off with a sentiment

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
