I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. Cut out the main picture and layered it onto some matching card and then a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.

Mounted onto pop-out style card blank with cross cutouts on the back panels, stuck the cut out crosses on the front and coloured with red pro marker, decoupaged with foam pads, added bandage, scissors, medicine, spoon, pills, safety pins and pom-poms.
