Love Cupcakes 2Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Glossy Photo Paper. Used DST to attach topper to a White A5 card.

Used foam pads and tape to build up the Decoupage. I used Diamond glitter on large Heart and small heart on Bow. I stuck a small crystal in middle of Bow. A lovely design.
