Printed onto photo paper, I cut out each element and pieced them together using 3d foam pads and my own paper backing.

Then I added a touch of glitter, pink punchie hearts and a peel off 'happy birthday'.

A very impressive design that gives you 'wow' factor - you could jazz up the card with sequins and beads on the cakes for extra toppings!!
