A green and white frame with a green ribbon and a bunch of green grapes to decoupage.

I first secured the base image to a piece of gold textured paper and cut to leave a narrow border.
I then matted this onto a piece of white card, also cutting with a narrow border. I then secured the whole to a green A5 card blank.
I built up the decoupage elements with silicon glue and to complete added some glossy accents to some of the grapes.
