With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light green card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and placing the happy birthday sentiment at the top, this is a terrific, colourful design for any celebration, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective when done.
