Birthday Champers Quick Card with 3D DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Other
I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to gold linen card, scalloped the edges, then placed on to a black base card.
Layered all elements. Added a velvet bow and a red gem to the heart, then drops of glitter on the bottle to finish.
What a great design, will suit all ages, male and female.
