Watering the Flowers Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed everything out onto CUP 200gsm Photo paper.

I covered an 8x8 card blank with a CUP backing paper then matted the image onto a CUP backing paper in blue then onto gold mirror card, added a blue feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & foam pads and used Red Stickles on the butterflies and flowers, Pinflair glitter wand on the butterflies & flowers and Icicles Stickles on the butterflies & flowers.
