Copied the design to glossy photo card and hand cut all the elements. Matted to teal shimmer card stock using wet glue. Using double sided foam pads I layered the flowers and the greetings bow. Added some small erflies with glittered bodies and some blue and pearl stick on pearls.

A birthday card with such a beautiful design that will be a pleasure to receive, even if it is belated.
