I printed the sheet on to 200gsm photo paper and cut out the pieces. I mounted the main piece on to a yellow card with dst and used 3mm foam pads for the decoupage.
I then sprayed the topper with gold glitter and shine and fixed a birthday banner.
Looks stunning but photo doesn't do it justice.
