This image makes a great anniversary or celebration card. I printed image onto matt photo paper and adhered to a cream scalloped edged card blank. I created a frame around the image using border and corner peel offs.

I decoupaged the glasses and added glitter to the stems of the glasses, and I used gold gems to finish
