I printed onto matte photo paper,cut out all the elements,having matted a blank card with a co-ordinating blue pearl card I added the base design,then added the decoupage with foam pads,I finished by adding some gemstones to the top ,silver peel offs and a greeting,beautiful colours on this stunning card.
