Dogwood Rose Decoupage with SentimentsCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I started with an 8x8 card blank which i covered in one of Jean's own backing papers. I matted an insert onto Ice blue mirror card to use as a topper/frame.

I added a pale blue feather & used foam tape to mount it to the base card. I decoupaged the Dogwood Rose onto the topper/frame with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, Patina & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some sparkle.

I matted a greeting onto the same Ice blue mirror card & used foam pads to mount it to the topper/frame, I embellished with a bow to compliment the frame.
