Decorative Border with FlowersCompleted by Lesley Williams

I printed the sheet onto good quality paper and cut out all the elements, discarding the back sheet. I used a white Sakura Glaze pen to go over the inner border of the topper and also the "Happy Birthday" greeting to give dimension.

I then mounted the topper onto silver mirror card, leaving a narrow border showing and rounding the corners. The topper was glued onto a square card and the decoupage layers added. Finally I added a purple holographic butterfly embellishment.
