Bright and Beautiful Happy BirthdayCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white square card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted centre of lace with star dust stickles and finished with gems to centre of flowers.
A beautiful design.
