Blue Magnolia Be a Friend 6in Decoupage Step by Step
I have designed this scallop decoupage topper to fit a 6in card, it fits with enough gap to show a backing paper beneath it.
I have added a gorgeous sentiment for that occasions you might need and you get 3 extra layers to give your card some depth.

I printed this file onto matte photographic paper and mounted the base image onto a craft card blank. I attached the centre panel using foam strips and constructed the decoupage using silicone glue.
I added pearls over the necklace and Chrystal pearl drops to the centre of the flowers, I bowed the sentiment and attached with silicone glue.
Lastly I applied Chrystal pearl drops round the outer edge of the card and attached a toning ribbon and bow.
I really love this image, it has a hint of vintage and beautiful subtle colours
